Job description
ABOUT OMNI Omni is the AI analytics platform that turns company data into a trusted source of truth for AI. Built on a semantic model, Omni gives enterprises a governed context graph for analytics and AI. Teams use Omni to ask questions in plain English, refine answers in workbooks, and bring trusted data into tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Slack. Based in San Francisco, CA, Omni has raised $217M from the world’s top investors, including ICONIQ, Theory Ventures, First Round Capital, Redpoint Ventures, and GV. Its latest $120M Series C valued the company at $1.5B. THE ROLE As a growth manager at Omni, you will identify and scale high leverage programs that drive revenue. Paid acquisition will be at the center of the role. You'll own the success of Omni’s worldwide, multi-channel digital advertising portfolio. This includes allocating a large budget, building audiences, partnering with creative teams, analyzing campaign performance, and building feedback loops to scale high impact campaigns. You do not need performance marketing experience to apply. Strong candidates will come from data science, engineering, product, investing, consulting, or marketing backgrounds. We are more interested in how you think, what you have built, and the outcomes you have created over the course of your career than your past title. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own a portfolio of bets across paid/traditional media, ABM programs, and emerging channels. - Work directly in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and other platforms. - Create campaigns, offers, and experiences that our target personas love. - Turn those campaigns into repeatable growth loops. THE KIND OF PERSON WHO WILL SUCCEED - Quantitative: reason about probability, unit economics, and experiments. - Commercial: understand that the final output is revenue. - Creative: turn an insight into an idea that generates revenue. - Technical: understand data models, conversion tracking, APIs, or code well enough to work independently. - Communication: explain complex topics without using jargon. - Resourceful: learn new domains easily without guidance. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within 6 months, you will have created a step function change in paid acquisition that can be objectively measured in terms of pipeline. LOCATION This role allows for a hybrid schedule in our San Francisco headquarters. If you are based elsewhere in the US, the role may be remote for the right candidate.
