Job description

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Contract Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. About the role: The Contract Executive Recruiter will be responsible for owning and executing executive level searches. This person will need to be well-versed in the full life cycle executive search process (including candidate generation and development, senior client management and offer/negotiation.) You will report into the Senior Director, Executive Recruiting. Work Location: This position is based in our New York office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week.
