Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Virtual Health Assessment team. About the role: Oscar Medical Group runs a Virtual Health Assessment (VHA) program that outreaches and virtually engages Oscar Health Insurance members in an evaluation and management visit. The lead nurse practitioner or physician assistant will oversee care delivered to our patients. You'll be responsible for delivering care as part of a multidisciplinary team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistants, delivering world-class care using a unique and innovative care model. With this team, you will manage a panel of patients primarily virtually while coordinating in-person care when required. Additionally, you may be responsible for supervising a team of APPs (NPs and PAs) delivering care to patients to their patient panels if needed. You will report to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Massachusetts; Michigan; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Pennsylvania; Texas, or Virginia. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $135,000- $176,000 per year.
