Job description
Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Specialist, Process Improvement to join our Authorization Services Process Improvement team. About the role: You will work with business and technical Oscar team members and represent the needs and interests of the department in company wide strategic programs and in solving business problems related to internal processes. You will collect and document requirements, build and manage project plans, document important project decisions and analyze data. You will support the design, optimization, and implementation of processes and improvements to support achieving organizational goals. You will implement repeatable and scalable tools and techniques, and for independently representing the team within the broader organization. You will report into Manager, Process Improvements. Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Dallas, Texas. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $67,813.20- $89,004.83 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
