World leading enterprise organizations use Outreach to power their revenue teams, including Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon to name a few.  About the Team   Compute, Observability and Reliability (COR) is focused on providing reliable, scalable and cost-efficient infrastructure platform services that enable Outreach engineering teams to deploy and operate enterprise grade cloud services. We are one of the squads in the Foundations organization, which is a collection of squads dedicated to engineering enablement: infrastructure, services, storage, tooling, documentation, processes, and more. COR works closely with many other squads across the company for everything from optimizing our infrastructure costs & engineering efficiency to providing systems to scale our application platform to multiple geographies.    The Role    A Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in the COR team is responsible for creating and maintaining our Kubernetes platform as well as cloud configuration and most of Outreach’s infrastructure (with special focus on AZURE). Every SRE in our team is expected to be empathetic to our customers (other engineers) and focused on overall performance and reliability of systems we own.    A Staff SRE, specifically, is expected to be fully self-reliant and able to independently drive medium sized technical projects.    Location    While our main office is in Prague, this position is remote friendly (within Czechia). To support in-person team chemistry, we organize team meetups every month at the main office. If you are local to Prague, we also encourage you to come into the office more regularly to build relationships with the other teams using the COR platform.  NOTE: The offer is contingent upon successfully passing the background screening process.
