THE OPPORTUNITY The Compliance Investigations Manager will lead the execution of core compliance objectives, including financial crime investigations and regulatory reporting. In addition to operational leadership, the Compliance Investigations Manager will play a key role in driving strategic compliance initiatives aimed at strengthening Paxos’ financial crime prevention framework. This includes contributing to the design and execution of long-term compliance strategies, enhancing investigative processes through automation and analytics, and ensuring the program evolves in step with regulatory expectations and business innovation.
