Role Summary Location: India Type: Hybrid / Full-time We are looking for a Director of AI-Native Engineering - a senior engineering leader who will shape how AI-native development is done at Payoneer. This is not just a team leadership role; it is an opportunity to define the operating model, standards, and architecture for AI-first product development across the organization. You will lead multiple AI Pods (or a growing org of Pods), set the technical and methodological direction, and work closely with Product and business leaders to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-native systems. You will balance strategic leadership with strong technical judgment, ensuring high-quality execution while building an organization that can move fast and learn continuously.
