Role Summary Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Hybrid We're looking for an Inside Sales Lead to lead and scale our inbound sales organization across Latin America. In this role, you'll own revenue performance, pipeline conversion, and team execution, leading a high-performing team of Inside Sales Managers responsible for turning inbound demand into predictable, scalable revenue. As a hands-on sales leader, you'll combine coaching, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making to optimize every stage of the sales funnel. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics & Planning, and Operations to improve lead conversion, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance. What you'll do • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ Inside Sales Managers, fostering a high-performance, accountable sales culture. • Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets while driving consistent pipeline conversion and sales performance. • Ensure rapid response to inbound leads and optimize speed-to-first-transaction. • Conduct regular deal reviews and coaching sessions to improve qualification, pipeline management, and closing effectiveness. • Monitor and optimize sales funnel performance, improving lead response times, conversion rates, and overall sales efficiency. • Own the sales forecasting cadence, providing accurate pipeline visibility and performance reporting. • Analyze conversion metrics, pipeline health, and sales performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Partner closely with Marketing, Analytics & Planning, and Operations teams to improve lead quality, sales processes, and revenue outcomes. • Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, scalable processes, and performance standards across the team. Who you are • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth. • 2–4+ years of experience managing inbound or inside sales teams. • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing sales organizations. • Highly analytical with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve business performance. • Strong operational mindset with experience managing sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline health. • Demonstrated ability to execute in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Ownership mentality with a focus on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement. Nice to have • Experience leading sales teams within fintech, payments, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies. • Experience scaling inbound sales organizations across Latin America. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales analytics tools. • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams. • Background in payments, financial services, or global commerce solutions.
