Do you obsess over performance, seamless UX, and pushing mobile experiences to the next level? What You’ll Do • Lead the charge in designing, building, and scaling high-performance mobile apps for Android and iOS. • Mentor and inspire a team of talented mobile engineers, sharing your knowledge of native as well as cross-platform technologies like Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). • Set the bar for mobile performance, reliability, and user experience, making sure our apps are blazing fast and bulletproof. • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver innovative features that delight our global users. • Stay ahead of the curve in mobile tech trends and influence architecture decisions across the mobile domain. What You Bring • 9+ years of mobile development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Android or iOS. • Deep understanding of at least 1 cross-platform framework (Flutter / React Native / KMP) , bonus points if it’s React Native. • Deep understanding of mobile fundamentals, including memory management, threading, app lifecycle, and UI performance optimization. • A passion for measuring and improving app performance, metrics such as start-up times, frozen frames, app size, etc • Excellent communication and leadership skills: you can mentor, inspire, and grow the team. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality practices is a plus.
