Job description

About Payoneer Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories. By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence. Glilot Hybrid Full-time Payoneer is becoming an AI-native company, where AI is the operating layer powering how we create products, build software, transform business operations, and serve millions of customers. We are looking for an exceptional Principal Product Manager to help build Payoneer's Core AI Platform-the trusted, scalable AI operating layer enabling Product, Engineering, and Business teams to adopt AI safely and effectively. Reporting to the Senior Product Director, Core AI Platform, you will take part in translating strategy into concrete roadmaps and capabilities, and partner deeply with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver reusable AI capabilities across Payoneer. This role is ideal for a senior, hands-on product manager, AI savvy, who combines technical depth, exceptional product sense, execution excellence, and the ability to drive adoption across complex organizations. What you'll do: The Core AI Platform enables three strategic outcomes: transforming how products are built, enabling every business function to redesign and automate workflows through AI, and creating agentic customer experiences across Payoneer's products. You are not building isolated AI features for one product. You are building platform capabilities, reusable patterns, and product experiences that help teams across Payoneer ship trusted AI faster, safer, and at scale. • Own the roadmap for one or more Core AI Platform areas. • Translate ambiguous business and technical needs into clear requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes. • Define and deliver scalable, secure, compliant platform capabilities across AI infrastructure, orchestration, governance, evaluation, responsible AI, APIs, and reusable services. • Partner hands-on with Engineering, Data, Security, and Architecture to make practical build, buy, partner, and integrate calls in your domain. • Lead AI-native solutions that show how the platform accelerates product development, engineering productivity, and workflow automation. • Turn early solutions into reusable patterns, templates, and components teams can adopt. • Drive and track adoption of the tools and services you will build. What Success Looks Like within the first 6–12 months, you will have: • Shipped foundational capabilities adopted across Product, Engineering, and Business teams. • Delivered AI-native solutions with measurable productivity, quality, or business impact. • Established reusable patterns, templates, and docs that make the platform easier to adopt. • Improved developer experience through self-service capabilities, clear APIs, and reliable support. • Aligned Engineering, Data, Security, Architecture, and business stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs. Who you are: Experience • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful ownership of technical, platform, developer, AI, data, infrastructure, or enterprise products. • Proven ability to define product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans in highly technical environments. • Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, AI evaluation, governance, and AI platform architectures. • Experience partnering hands-on with Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams. • Demonstrated success driving adoption of platform capabilities across complex, cross-functional organizations. • A senior individual contributor who can lead complex product domains from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration. • A systems thinker who connects technology, product, governance, user experience, and business outcomes. • Able to influence senior stakeholders and technical teams without direct authority, especially in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. • Execution-oriented, structured, and comfortable moving between strategy, detailed requirements, prioritization, delivery, and adoption. • Focused on building reusable platform capabilities rather than one-off point solutions.
