About the Role: We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Business Applications domain, responsible for customer-facing products and experiences that power millions of businesses globally. You will take a hands-on role in driving execution while shaping the evolution of our offerings-balancing strategy, delivery, and user impact. As a PM, you’ll be expected to operate independently, lead complex initiatives end-to-end, and serve as a product leader within your team and across the organization. What you’ll be spending your time on: • Translate vision into impact - Turn strategic direction into product initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing experiences with measurable impact. • Drive complex initiatives - Own high-visibility, multi-stakeholder projects from discovery through launch, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution. • Collaborate globally - Work closely with product, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders across regions to align priorities and deliver high-quality solutions. • Think strategically and analytically - Identify opportunities, define success metrics, analyze performance, and optimize product outcomes through data-driven decision-making. • Champion the customer - Advocate for customer needs and translate them into impactful features and experiences that enhance daily business operations. • Communicate with influence - Clearly articulate priorities, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment. Have you done this kind of stuff? • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments (experience in Fintech is a plus). • Strong track record of leading customer-facing product initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through execution. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to make data-informed decisions. • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations, with the ability to balance local execution and global strategy. • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. #LI-PG1 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.
