Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial As a Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and partner teams to deliver world-class products. You will represent the team internally in various product and cross-functional initiatives, define priorities, bring clarity, and lead continuous agile development. What You'll Do * Wear multiple hats as TPM, EM, and Product to drive results. * Champion execution, navigate ambiguity, and lead with clear prioritization and goals. * Communicate program plans, status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders. * Identify key technology solutions/services to define the team roadmap. * Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions. * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. Skills That Will Help You Succeed * 10 to 14 years of experience handling complex programs across multiple teams. * Understanding of Software Development & Release Processes. * Experience navigating ambiguity and building programs from scratch. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize. * Proven track record of driving impact for users & business. * Desirable: Analytical skills and experience with tools like Tableau.
