Job description

What you’ll do • Own the product strategy and roadmap for core Peec AI features • Define clear product requirements and success metrics in collaboration with leadership • Collaborate with our Data, Engineering, Sales and Growth teams to design, develop and launch new high-quality features • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction • Use our product daily to deeply understand user experience and identify improvement opportunities What we’re looking for • 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment • Experience working in PLG (Product-Led-Growth) environments, including driving onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention • Appreciation for beautifully designed, intuitive products, with an eye for delivering exceptional user experiences • Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, or search technologies • A Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to go from high-level vision to detailed execution • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across disciplines • Passion for understanding users and solving real problems through product innovation Bonus Points • Academic background in Computer Science or a technical field • Experience working at a high-growth, venture-backed startup • Previous experience building AI-driven or search-related products What we offer • Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups • Regular team events and off-sites • Aggressive equity compensation package • Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late • The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin Compensation: €100K – €130K • Offers Equity • • €100K – €130K • Offers Equity Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
