The scale and speed of our mission demand a team that thrives in environments of rapid iteration and constant discovery. As a Technical Sourcer, you will be at the forefront of shaping the talent foundation that fuels our growth.   The role of a Sourcer has changed in the world of recruiting and AI today–we’re looking for someone who has strong foundations in sourcing but is already ahead of the curve in redefining this function. - Grit: You know your pipelines inside & out. You understand where you need to build momentum and how much horsepower to put behind it. - Taste: You have a deep understanding of the tech landscape–knowing which companies hold high talent bars to what’s going to be the “next big thing” in the industry (before anyone else sees it coming). - Experiment: Every role and search is different, and your approach isn’t a one-size-fits-all. One role you might be running SOBOs, another you’ll dive deep into authors of published papers from top conferences.
