We are around 180 people, fully remote, backed by a $150M Series C investment from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm. The Growth Partnerships Lead drives growth and customer acquisition by building and optimizing Phantom's U.S. influencer program from zero to one. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of influencers, KOLs, and content partners who can effectively promote Phantom products to their audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with prior experience with crypto audiences and partners who can build and develop these key business relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES - Program management: Define, recruit, and optimize Phantom's US influencer and affiliate marketing strategy to drive new user acquisition and multi-product adoption across spot, perps, and predictions - Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier partners, offering support, guidance, and incentives to maximize their performance - Content collaboration: Work with affiliates and influencers to create high-impact content, such as reviews, guides, branded content that uniquely communicates Phantom's product value proposition and audience positioning - Tool management: Actively partner with Growth Product to develop in-house referral and partner conversion tracking systems, own roadmap for technology improvements, data pipelines, attribution, and reporting. REQUIREMENTS: - 5 - 7 years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing for consumer fintech businesses, particularly app-based businesses - Proven track record of developing and launching influencer marketing programs from zero to one - Deep understanding of partnership ecosystem in crypto (publishers, KOLs, influencers) - Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Data and managing external agencies - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits through branded content - Passion for crypto, web3, and the future of decentralized finance (or a willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the space) WHY WORK WITH US OPPORTUNITY We are a team of experienced builders who started from a simple belief: crypto should be easy, beautiful, and available to everyone. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
