About the Role We’re looking for a Senior/Staff Product Engineer to lead the engineering and evolution of user-facing systems at Pika. In this high-impact position, you’ll own key product architecture decisions and ship features that serve millions of creative users-from intuitive UI and collaboration tools to real-time interactions and generative AI experiences. You’ll collaborate directly with product, design, and engineering to deliver features that are robust, scalable, and delightful to use. You’ll shape both the immediate user experience and the long-term product vision, taking ideas from concept to launch and iteration.
