  • Deep understanding of client performance, including profiling, instrumentation, and performance optimization.
  • Strong technical foundation in media rendering, image delivery, video streaming, and client-side performance.
  • Experience working with media frameworks such as AVFoundation and ExoPlayer.
  • A track record of delivering meaningful improvements to product experience, system performance, or engineering efficiency.
  • Ability to lead work across platforms and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Clear communication skills, strong technical judgment, and a people-focused leadership approach.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
