ABOUT POINTONE PointOne is the AI revenue platform for professional services. We’re a Tier 1 venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) that has raised over $20M and grown revenue over 17x over the past 12 months. WHO YOU ARE You have: - previously been Chief of Staff at a high-growth tech company or have at least 4 years in a similar position driving outcomes for a venture-backed company - A generalist's range, moving between strategy, execution, and the details without losing momentum - Strong analytical and written communication skills - A high degree of ownership and comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity - The judgment to be trusted with sensitive information and to work closely with the founders WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN Growth: You will work directly with the founders on the highest-priority problems across the company, gaining exposure that few roles offer this early. Impact: You will own projects that span operations, hiring, and go-to-market, and carry them through to results. Equity: We want to bet on ourselves and our team.
