ABOUT POINTONE PointOne is reinventing how law firms operate. Our AI‑powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. We’re a venture‑backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of software engineers (Jane Street, Google, Stanford, Princeton) and ex-attorneys. Following an excellent seed round and rapid customer adoption, we are continuing to quickly scale our engineering team before we raise our Series A. WHO YOU ARE You have: - 2-8 years of experience at hyper-growth startups - A CS degree from a top university - Strong product sense - High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously You're excited to work in-person, collaborate directly with customers, and build products that professionals rely on every day. You'll shape our engineering culture. OUR TECH We have a fully serverless backend built on top of AWS, consisting of a collection of Go microservices. We use React/Typescript to build client applications across web, desktop, and mobile. We create our own RAG pipelines. The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
