ABOUT POINTONE PointOne is the AI revenue platform for professional services. We’re a Tier 1 venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) that has raised over $20M and grown revenue over 17x over the past 12 months. WHO YOU ARE You have: - 2-5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies - A CS degree from a top university - Strong product sense - High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN Growth: Our engineers drive the company. You will be expected to quickly take ownership of critical projects and ramp up to own entire products or customers. Impact: A lot of AI tools have trouble showing real impact. Not us-we deliver hard ROI to our customers (which is one reason why we're one of the stickiest tools in a law firm). WHAT YOU’LL DO - Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows. - Work directly with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions. - Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You'll shape our engineering culture. You're excited to work in-person, talk to customers, and drive the development of the next frontier of AI tools. The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
