What the role asks for

What you'd do

  • Own end-to-end trafficking across linear TV, streaming, audio, podcast, display, video, programmatic, and social, including tag generation, creative uploads, QA, launch, and in-flight troubleshooting.
  • Run and maintain the ad server: campaign and placement architecture, naming conventions, taxonomy, creative rotation logic, and permissions, kept clean enough that anyone can pull a report and trust what they see.
  • Build and manage the creative operations calendar, working backward from flight dates to set asset deadlines, spec deliveries, review gates, and approval windows, and hold every party to them without exception.
  • Own the spec library across every channel and partner, covering durations, file sizes, bitrates, aspect ratios, safe zones, loudness standards, and closed captioning requirements, and get specs to creative early enough to actually matter.
  • Build the tracking and measurement layer alongside analytics: click and impression trackers, conversion pixels, UTM governance, verification wrapping, and a consistent taxonomy so attribution reporting reconciles across platforms.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between ad server, platform, and partner reporting, document root cause, and put fixes in place so the same issue doesn't recur.
  • Manage agency, vendor, and platform relationships day to day, acting as the operational point of contact and escalating with enough detail that problems get solved on the first pass.
  • 5 or more years in ad operations, creative operations, or campaign management, ideally spanning both brand side and agency experience.
  • Hands-on trafficking experience across CTV and streaming, audio, and programmatic environments, with working knowledge of current spec and loudness standards and why they get creative rejected.
  • Direct ad server experience with Campaign Manager 360, Innovid, or Flashtalking, including tag generation, floodlight or conversion setup, and creative QA.
  • Fluency with VAST and VPAID, JavaScript and iframe tags, click trackers, impression pixels, and rich media formats. You can debug a tag yourself, not just forward the error.
  • Programmatic operations experience across DSPs and verification vendors such as DoubleVerify or IAS.
  • Demonstrated ownership of process: you have personally built the naming conventions, spec sheets, intake systems, or trackers that a team now depends on.
  • Working understanding of attribution and measurement, enough to build tracking that analytics can actually use and to explain clearly why two platforms disagree.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through, with the judgment to know which slipping deadline is manageable and which one blocks a launch.
  • (Plus) Experience trafficking regulated categories such as fintech, trading platforms, or gaming, including disclaimer and compliance workflows.
  • (Plus) Familiarity with dynamic creative optimization, creative versioning at scale, or asset management systems.
  • (Plus) Working knowledge of SQL or ad server APIs for automating reporting and QA work.
  • (Plus) Experience standing up an operations function from scratch rather than inheriting one.
  • (Plus) Formal ad server credentials such as Innovid or Flashtalking campaign management certifications.

Job description

ABOUT POLYMARKET Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future. We're growing fast, both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire. ABOUT THE ROLE As Creative Operations Manager, you own everything between a finished asset and a live, measurable impression. That means trafficking, ad server architecture, spec management, agency coordination, and the tracking infrastructure that makes attribution trustworthy. You're the person every channel depends on to launch clean and on time, and the person analytics depends on to trust the data coming back. This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership. You won't inherit a functioning system. You'll build one, document it, and hold every internal and external stakeholder to it. If you treat operational rigor as a product rather than a queue, this is the right job. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own end-to-end trafficking across linear TV, streaming, audio, podcast, display, video, programmatic, and social, including tag generation, creative uploads, QA, launch, and in-flight troubleshooting. - Run and maintain the ad server: campaign and placement architecture, naming conventions, taxonomy, creative rotation logic, and permissions, kept clean enough that anyone can pull a report and trust what they see. - Build and manage the creative operations calendar, working backward from flight dates to set asset deadlines, spec deliveries, review gates, and approval windows, and hold every party to them without exception. - Own the spec library across every channel and partner, covering durations, file sizes, bitrates, aspect ratios, safe zones, loudness standards, and closed captioning requirements, and get specs to creative early enough to actually matter. - Build the tracking and measurement layer alongside analytics: click and impression trackers, conversion pixels, UTM governance, verification wrapping, and a consistent taxonomy so attribution reporting reconciles across platforms. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies between ad server, platform, and partner reporting, document root cause, and put fixes in place so the same issue doesn't recur. - Manage agency, vendor, and platform relationships day to day, acting as the operational point of contact and escalating with enough detail that problems get solved on the first pass. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5 or more years in ad operations, creative operations, or campaign management, ideally spanning both brand side and agency experience. - Hands-on trafficking experience across CTV and streaming, audio, and programmatic environments, with working knowledge of current spec and loudness standards and why they get creative rejected. - Direct ad server experience with Campaign Manager 360, Innovid, or Flashtalking, including tag generation, floodlight or conversion setup, and creative QA. - Fluency with VAST and VPAID, JavaScript and iframe tags, click trackers, impression pixels, and rich media formats. BENEFITS - Competitive salary & equity - Unlimited PTO - Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage - 401k match - Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
