What you'd do

  • Brief creators on new campaigns tied to live news cycles and market events, translating fast-moving context into clear, actionable direction

  • Ability to write clear creative briefs on short timelines, especially when campaigns are tied to breaking news
  • (Plus) Existing relationships with large creators or talent management teams in the news, politics, or finance space
  • (Plus) Familiarity with creator contract structures and standard industry rate benchmarks for YouTube and Instagram integrations

Job description

ABOUT POLYMARKET Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future. We're growing fast - both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll manage a small roster of massive YouTube and Instagram creators, each producing multiple deliverables per month. That means briefing creators, tracking every video through production and approval, coordinating go-live timing, and making sure what goes out actually reflects what we briefed. As the roster scales, you'll take on deal negotiation and contracting. But the foundation of this role is execution. We need someone who has managed this kind of talent before, knows how to keep creators happy without letting standards slip, and can hold a complex pipeline together without being micromanaged. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Brief creators on new campaigns tied to live news cycles and market events, translating fast-moving context into clear, actionable direction - Own the deliverable pipeline across all active partnerships, tracking due dates, revision rounds, approval status, and go-live timing in a single source of truth - QA every video before it goes live, catching messaging gaps, factual errors, and brand inconsistencies before they reach an audience - Coordinate approvals and go-live drops across multiple creators running simultaneously, making sure nothing publishes late or out of sequence - Build real working relationships with creators and their teams so Polymarket briefs get prioritized and partnerships convert into repeat deals - Negotiate rates and contract terms as the roster grows, scoping deals that are structured around measurable distribution outcomes - Report on deliverable performance across the roster, identifying which creators and formats are driving the most impact WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4+ years managing paid partnerships with large YouTube or Instagram creators, ideally at scale across multiple simultaneous deals - Proven track record tracking high volumes of video deliverables across a sizable creator roster without things falling through the cracks - Direct experience negotiating and closing creator or influencer contracts, including rate discussions and contract terms - Strong project management instincts - you use a tracker, you update it constantly, and you don't wait to be asked for a status update - Ability to write clear creative briefs on short timelines, especially when campaigns are tied to breaking news - (Plus) Existing relationships with large creators or talent management teams in the news, politics, or finance space - (Plus) Familiarity with creator contract structures and standard industry rate benchmarks for YouTube and Instagram integrations BENEFITS - Competitive salary & equity - Unlimited PTO - Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage - 401k match - Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
