Since 2015, we’ve completed many of the world’s first digital commerce transactions, including the first online real estate closing, online mortgage closing, online auto sale, and online will and we're still just getting started! Proof's IT function is evolving from a reactive, ticket-driven help desk into a modern IT Engineering team, applying an engineering mindset to managing the corporate systems our employees rely on every day. We're already a forward-thinking team: initiatives like passwordless authentication and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) have measurably lowered our ticket volume. We're now hiring a Director to lead the next phase: building durable engineering practices, mentoring the team, and setting a multi-year strategy for how Proof manages its corporate technology stack with rigor. That means leaning into infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, automation-first workflows, and agentic/AI-driven operations. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set strategy, mentor, and represent IT to the rest of the business, while staying close to the work.
