- High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical school or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent military experience) in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V, experience with motors, starters, relays, and VFDs.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and basic PLC ladder logic.
- Proficient with common hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (multimeter, clamp meter).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize work under production pressure.

Hours: M-Thurs. | 5 pm - 3 am The Maintenance Technician II plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and efficiency of our production equipment and facility systems. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and execute repairs that minimize downtime and maximize productivity. You'll also support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping optimize machine performance and operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work independently on routine maintenance activities while expanding your technical expertise through collaboration on more complex troubleshooting and repair challenges.
