This role manages staffing and shift coverage, coaches and develops employees, owns team KPIs and training compliance, and drives continuous improvement and cost control in partnership with the Production Manager. The supervisor collaborates cross-functionally to resolve process issues, reviews and dispositions nonconforming product per procedure, and ensures audit and policy compliance. They foster a positive, inclusive culture, maintain a clean and compliant work environment, and steward departmental resources and vendor performance to meet business goals   M-F
