This is an onsite role in Rosemount, MN Monday - Friday As an Operations Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful injection molding projects from kickoff through completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and drive execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and exceed customer expectations. In this customer-facing role, you will develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, serving as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as the key link between customers, account managers, and internal teams, you will proactively manage project progress, solve challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and drive operational excellence will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
