This is a HYBRID role - onsite Tuesday-Thursday in Maple Plain, MN.  We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support our Americas accounting function and play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence within a publicly traded company. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be a key contributor to the month-end close process, equity accounting activities, and the ongoing enhancement of our internal control environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of important accounting processes while partnering with colleagues across finance and the broader business. In addition to hands-on accounting responsibilities, you will provide functional guidance to staff accountants, help drive process improvements, and contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making meaningful improvements in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
