The Training Specialist is a key driver of employee success, creating engaging learning programs that help teams confidently adopt new processes, technologies, and business initiatives. Partnering across the Customer Success Organization, this role develops impactful training, delivers effective communications, measures results, and champions continuous improvement. Through innovative learning experiences and a passion for enabling others, the Training Specialist ensures employees are informed, empowered, and ready to succeed in a rapidly evolving business environment. What It Takes: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, employee enablement, or related roles. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments. • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. • Experience developing training materials and delivering training to diverse audiences. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement. • The ability to be a strong and engaging presenter who can deliver information effectively and encourages participation in remote, hybrid and in person environments • Proficiency in Microsoft tools including SharePoint, Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and Outlook; familiarity with AI technologies.
