Job description
We are looking for highly proactive and service-oriented Office Management Working Students to maintain the outstanding work environment in our offices in Munich and Karlsruhe. You will be part of a working student team, in contact with employees, external vendors, and service providers, and will own office management tasks. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers (e.g., food, beverages, and office supplies). • Help to make the office a great and comfortable workplace for our smart and fun colleagues. • Facilitate workplace communications to ensure seamless operations in our office. • Organizing catering, office events, and after-work team activities. • Suggest, develop, and help execute ideas to shape our office culture.
