About Redwood Materials Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling - keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. Position Summary: Redwood Materials is seeking a Business Development Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth in new and existing markets. In this role, you will be deeply involved in building strong client relationships and managing key accounts. You will leverage your expertise to understand client needs, and develop tailored solutions, that align with our strategic goals. Your ability to communicate effectively, address client concerns and work quickly to solve client needs will be crucial for the success of this role. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer operations, product management, and accounting to ensure a seamless client experience and successful partnership execution. You will also be responsible for monitoring account performance, managing client expectations, and identifying areas for improvement or growth. As a Business Development Account Manager, you will be expected to work independently while contributingto the enhancement of our business development processes and strategies. Your role will heavily involve nurturing existing relationships to drive long-term success for Redwood Materials.
