Perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
Must possess a current Journeyman Electrician (JW) License. Nevada Journeyman License preferred or ability to obtain as required.
Minimum 7+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience with previous Foreman or leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, and electrical systems up to 480 VAC.
Medium voltage experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Ability to interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and schematics.
Experience with manpower planning, scheduling, labor forecasting, estimating, material management, and tool accountability.
Ability to develop material takeoffs and manage material requests.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

About Redwood Materials Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling - keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. Redwood Materials is looking for a motivated and accomplished Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing electrical work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
