- Strong understanding of box-level assemblies (PCBs, flex circuits, harnessing, enclosures, thermal systems)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills; proven ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments
- Willingness to travel to Redwood’s sites, suppliers, and contract manufacturers as needed

About Redwood Materials Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling - keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. Hardware Technical Program Manager, Energy Storage: We are seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development, testing, and manufacturing of complex, box-level electronics assemblies. You will own program execution from concept through production, coordinating across hardware engineering, validation, supply chain, and operations. This role is about making sure our hardware - from circuit boards and flex assemblies to enclosures, connectors, and integrated box builds - is designed for reliability, tested thoroughly, and built to scale. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. In accordance with California pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and skills. California Pay Range: $153,000-$248,500 USD The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
