About Redwood Materials Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling - keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. Senior Technical Program Manager, Chemical Engineering Redwood Materials is building a circular supply chain for electric vehicles and clean energy systems, developing and scaling sustainable materials and battery recycling technologies. We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, Chemical Engineering to lead strategically critical programs focused on the development, scale-up, and deployment of next-generation chemical processes. This role bridges scientific innovation and operational execution, ensuring groundbreaking chemical technologies move efficiently from concept to commercialization. Beyond managing day-to-day execution of chemical R&D and scale-up programs, you'll help shape Redwood's strategic technology planning - prioritizing investments, identifying risks, and aligning cross-functional resources to accelerate time to market. In accordance with California pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and skills. California Pay Range: $167,500-$220,000 USD The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
