Tasks The NQA 1 Manager is responsible for preparing, executing and administrating the NQA 1 Manual and corresponding documents and procedures in line with the applicable standards, rules and regulations. In addition to overseeing the internal activities, this position is involved in the supply chain qualification and supports customer audits. Qualification Phase: • Prepare NQA 1 Manual and applicable documents in line with ASME NQA 1 • Conduct and support internal and external audits • Close cooperation and alignment with the French team of mother company REEL S.A.S. in joint projects with common customers by elaborating documents which can be used by both teams • Provide training to individuals in quality and environmental related activities with respect to ASME NQA 1 Execution Phase: • Ensure the application of the NQA 1 Manual and related procedures • Close co-operation with project management, engineering, purchasing and quality inspection • Being involved in the choice of manufacturers and suppliers ensuring NQA 1 compliance • Manage and audit manufacturers and suppliers to ensure the application of the requirements along the entire supply chain • Check and ensure the application of contractual and regulatory requirements • Manage project’s non-conformities including the assessment of proposed solutions. Ensure future error prevention and apply best practices, lessons learned • Monitor records and reports ensuring that the quality documentation complies with contractual requirements and applicable standards • Attend to Project Progress Meetings, prepare reporting and present the results and KPIs, internally and externally with the customer • Taking on Project Management responsibilities, where suitable Requirements • Experience / knowledge of American nuclear Standards, especially NQA 1 • Standards for Quality Management / CSR / Environment • General knowledge of Project Management • Technical background; Technical understanding of complex systems if no technical education • Very good level of English • Intercultural and communication skills, customer orientation • Presentations skills, internally and externally • Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Interested?
