About the Team: The Powder Bed Fusion manufacturing team develops, creates, and operates the most advanced additive manufacturing technologies in the world. This best-in-class team makes sure that the infrastructure, materials, tools, and equipment are in place for us to rapidly iterate and print. The Powder-Based manufacturing team was crucial to manufacturing Aeon-1 for first launch and now are developing and demonstrating groundbreaking technologies, design, and approaches for Aeon-R! This is a first-shift position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT. The role is structured around a 50-hour workweek, including 10 guaranteed overtime hours each week. About the Role: • Setup, Operate, and Monitor PBF Printers, Depowdering Machinery, and Supporting Equipment • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of PBF equipment. • Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, defects, surface quality, and perform necessary rework • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work performed • Collaborate with Engineering and Team to develop and implement new printing processes • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines ensuring a safe work environment About You: • High School Diploma or GED • 2+ Years Experience in PBF Printer Operation or other Additive Manufacturing technologies • Proficient in operating PBF Printers and Support Equipment such as EOS, AMCM, Velo3D, Solukons and a solid understanding in various PBF printing processes. • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality parts.
