  • You’re highly analytical and enjoy solving ambiguous problems.
  • You’re comfortable working across Engineering, Security, Legal, and customer-facing teams.
  • You communicate clearly and can explain technical and compliance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or other compliance frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, Vanta, Drata, Wiz, Okta, or similar tools is a plus.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Security, Legal, and customer-facing teams to ensure our infrastructure and products meet the security and compliance requirements of the world’s largest companies. This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll translate compliance requirements into technical controls, automate evidence collection, identify gaps, and help build the systems that allow Retell to move quickly without compromising security or compliance.
