About the Role Our team is looking for a Client Operations Intern to join our Client Service team and help delight our clients by resolving day-to-day issues seamlessly and efficiently. We’re looking for a driven, inquisitive, and customer-oriented candidate who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with clients, troubleshoot issues, and look for ways to continuously improve their experience. Our mission is to go the extra mile so our clients don’t have to, and our vision is to make client service Rho’s competitive advantage. The selection process consists of a technical task, an HR interview, and interviews with team members. For this position, no previous experience is needed.
