About Us Rho is the modern banking platform built for the AI era. ABOUT THE ROLE Rho is hiring an IT Support Lead to own the technology backbone that keeps our New York City office and distributed team running. You'll be the go-to person for employee IT support, device and identity management, and the systems and tooling that help Rho move fast. This is a hands-on, in-office role based in our NYC office - ideal for someone who loves solving problems for their colleagues and building scalable IT operations at a high-growth fintech. Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
