THE WORK: We are looking for a multifaceted professional to drive regional growth for our newly launched stablecoin (RLUSD) and enable real-world asset (RWA) tokenization on the XRP Ledger to bring more financial assets on-chain. You will help develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, enterprises, and crypto native companies. The ideal candidate will have experience working independently on complex deals to implementation and managing strategic partners both internally and externally As a member of a global team, the candidate must be self-directed, comfortable operating with ambiguity, and a strong collaborator who is able to work independently as part of a cross-functional team.
