Job description
Build ESG systems that matter RISE and Synacy are a founder-led, product-driven internet infrastructure group on a mission to accelerate digital connectivity in the Philippines. As we scale, sustainability is moving from principle to practice-embedded in how we deploy networks, engage communities, and govern ourselves. We’re hiring our first ESG Reporting Manager to design and lead our ESG reporting framework from the ground up. This role will shape how we track, communicate, and improve our environmental, social, and governance performance-ensuring our reporting meets global standards while reflecting who we are. The Role Reporting to the CFO, you’ll be the company’s lead for ESG reporting, working across finance, operations, engineering, and community engagement. You’ll design systems, ensure compliance, and tell our ESG story with accuracy, transparency, and impact. This is a unique opportunity to join at the build stage-when your influence will shape the long-term sustainability foundation of a fast-growing company. This role will design and implement our reporting systems from the ground up, ensuring future readiness for investor and regulatory requirements.
