  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, DV360) and tracking/tagging tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs, attribution models, and media math.
  • Experience building or managing media plans and flighting schedules.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and/or experience working with data platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills; able to clearly explain campaign performance and strategy to cross-functional stakeholders.

The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Brand & Ad Operations Specialist with experience in digital advertising to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns from media plan development to trafficking, tracking, reporting, and optimization. You'll play a vital role in ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, perform efficiently, and deliver against client goals. For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page. Annual Salary Range $164,290-$199,390 USD Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
