JOB OVERVIEW As an People Business Partner at Saronic, you will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to specific departments across the organization. This role is designed to provide proactive, high-impact People team (Human Resources team) support aligned with business goals. You will collaborate closely with leaders to develop workforce strategies, support team performance and development, and help guide organizational change.
