Job description
Talent Acquisition, Associate (Recruiter) The Role We are seeking an exceptionally talented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in New York. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, providing best a best-in-class candidate experience. This role will work closely across multiple different teams to execute on the firm’s talent acquisition strategy and will have a strong emphasis on managing roles across the front office landscape including Quants, Strategists, Risk and Technology. What you’ll do You will partner with the business to run the entire recruiting process, providing support and expertise to the teams you are working with. You will utilize and grow your network, identify high quality candidates, provide key search updates and continuously offer guidance as searches evolve. You will manage the candidate experience, ensuring excellent communication and engagement throughout the process and serve as a main point of contact for candidates as they go through the process. The base pay for this role is expected to be between $120,000 and $150,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package.
