Job description
The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strat Developer to join our Operations team. The role will focus on the design and build of Operations specific workflow tooling and metrics gathering across multiple asset classes and Operational departments at Schonfeld. What you’ll do The role will be responsible for developing tools and driving automation for an agenda driven solely by Operations. You will work with the Operations product team along with relevant Operational groups to define initiatives and implement requirements as they are prioritized by the wider Operations organization. You will also be responsible for contributing to new and enhancing existing frameworks within Operations that would help us optimize efficiency and improve scalability. The outputs of the work will connect to existing technology infrastructure and drive economics and decision making of the Operations team and wider Schonfeld management as related to allocation of resources for investment decisions. The ideal candidate will enjoy interpreting business concepts to technical and system design and build components, and working with other strats and the business and technology partners to implement the results.
