Job description

The Role Schonfeld Strategic Advisors are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator. The successful candidate will be driven, a self-starter who is passionate about working with people. As well as taking pride in the delivery of your work, you will be able to demonstrate close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You should enjoy interacting with people and collaborating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will create strong relationships, be able to communicate effectively and work well with others. What you’ll do As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the face of the Talent Acquisition team based out of New York, supporting our domestic and international offices. You will have fantastic exposure to the various teams across the global business and will be one of the first points of contact for recruitment topics. You will take an active role in: • Providing an excellent candidate, manager and agency experience • Arranging and coordinating interviews/meetings in multiple time zones • Act as the real time point of contact for stakeholders globally • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System • Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates as needed • Streamline and improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences • Compile recruitment reports and deliver results in the form of meetings or email updates • Help drive our recruitment initiatives such as diversity & inclusion What you’ll bring What you need: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2-3 years experience in an administrative role) • Experience supporting a recruitment team by taking a lead role in the coordination of interviews and both internal / external meetings • Experience closely interacting with candidates, hiring managers and recruitment agencies, providing high levels of customer service and consumer experience • Proficient use of Outlook and Microsoft Office application packages, particularly Excel • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse • Experience in vendor systems • Experience in the planning, organization and running of events • Strong attention to detail; exceptionally organized and detail-oriented • Easily builds rapport and an excellent team player; puts success of the team above their own • Strong multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills • High sense of urgency and proactive decision maker; demonstrates good judgement We’d love if you had: • Experience with Greenhouse Who we are Schonfeld is a global multi-manager hedge fund that strives to deliver industry-leading risk-adjusted returns for our investors. The base pay for this role is expected to be between $80,000.00 and $110,000.00. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package.
