The Role As the GTM Program Manager, you'll own the execution of our go-to-market initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success. You'll ensure new capabilities move from concept to customer quickly while building the operational systems that allow Scout AI to scale. You thrive in ambiguity, drive clarity across cross-functional teams, and have an obsession with execution. You don't wait for perfect processes you build lightweight systems that help teams move faster.
