About the Role: We are seeking a talented Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Go-To-Market and G&A teams. You will operate as a versatile recruiting generalist, supporting a broad range of roles and shifting your focus wherever the business needs are greatest as priorities evolve. As a full-cycle recruiter, you will serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers and interview teams, develop thoughtful hiring strategies to build high-performing teams, and consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated mid-level recruiter looking to accelerate their career while helping to build, operate, and scale a high-growth company. Please Note: This role is based in San Mateo, California, with an expectation of working from the office 3 days per week. We may consider a U.S.-based remote arrangement for candidates whose experience strongly aligns with the role’s core requirements, based on business needs and our ability to employ in the candidate’s state. Remote employees may be required to travel periodically to our San Mateo headquarters. How You’ll Make an Impact: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience - Build relationships and work with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals - Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and market research - Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically - Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes - Leverage data and report on key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven, actionable insights What Makes You a Good Fit: - 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM, G&A, and/or Operations teams in a high-performance environment - Thoughtful communicator with exceptional ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders - Experience using a variety of recruiting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Teamable, Juicebox, Ashby, Greenhouse etc.) - Experience sourcing for passive candidates using creativity and persistence to secure the attention of hard-to-reach talent - Attention-to-detail with the ability to strike a delicate balance between results and process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Team-first mentality with a strong track record and contagious enthusiasm for learning and trying new things - Ability to commute to our San Mateo, CA Headquarters at least 3 days per week Nice-to-have: - Combination of in-house and agency experience - Experience or strong familiarity with international hiring practices across EMEA and APAC regions, including regional talent markets, compliance considerations, and hiring nuances Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000*.
