Coordinate project implementation and track project status
Coordinate with end user and facilities team for building operations and maintenance
Manage night shift contractors as project work requires
Communicate with internal legal team in case of contractual dispute

Job description

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER, STARBASE INFRASTRUCTURE As a member of the Starbase team, you will work with a group of elite engineers and project managers across multiple disciplines to design, build, and commission infrastructure for a variety of projects at Starbase as well as other SpaceX Facilities. You will influence design and own projects from start to finish to build Starbase into Earth’s first interplanetary port. This position is based in South Texas (Brownsville/South Padre area). (unassisted) 1-2 hours per day • Overhead reach: Up to 1 hour per day • Walk: Up to 3 hours per day • Lift/Carry: Up to 25lbs. (unassisted) 1-2 hours per day • Climb (ladder/stairs): Up to 1 hour per day • Kneel/Crouch: Up to 1 hour per day • Upper body twist: Up to 1 hour per day • Ability to work in temperatures over 80 degrees up to 1 hour per day • Candidate must be capable of safely performing the physical requirements of the job listed in the job description.
