FLEET MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (STARSHIP) - LEVEL 4/5 SpaceX is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at the Starship production site in Boca Chica. The Fleet Maintenance Technician will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a diverse range of equipment critical to Starship production, including automotive assets, heavy transit vehicles, heavy industrial lifting equipment, diesel engines, self-propelled modular transporters (SPMTs), cranes, small engines, and various industrial machinery. This role ensures equipment reliability and operational readiness to support the fast-paced demands of Starship manufacturing. (unassisted) 1-2 hours per day • Overhead reach: Up to 6 hours per day • Walk: Up to 10 hours per day • Lift/Carry: Up to 50lbs. (unassisted) 1-2 hours per day • Climb (ladder/stairs): Up to 6 hours per day • Kneel/Crouch: Up to 6 hours per day • Upper body twist: Up to 6 hours per day • Ability to work in temperatures over 80 degrees: up to 3 hours per day • Candidate must be capable of safely working at heights (up to 500ft), in confined spaces, using an air purifying respirator, and performing the physical requirements of the job listed in the job description.
