SOURCING MANAGER, POWER PLANT EQUIPMENT (STARLINK) We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier management, and delivery of balance of plant (BOP) equipment for power plants. This role covers equipment for both permanent installations and temporary setups using mobile turbines. You will partner with engineering teams to define commodity strategy, build roadmaps, manage the approved vendor list, and secure reliable supply to support SpaceXAI build schedules. You will negotiate agreements, manage timelines and inventory, and optimize for cost, quality, speed, and resilience. The ideal candidate has strong commercial skills and experience in power systems or energy infrastructure procurement.
